Monthly Mixers & Luncheons

Mixers and Luncheons provide the perfect opportunity for business-to-business networking to establish new relationships and business contacts.

Mixers are held the 2nd Wednesday of each month and allow Chamber members host an open house at their business, inviting attendees to a first-hand view of their facilities and products or services. There is no cost to attend for Chamber members. Members Only. Guests/Prospective members contact Dawn Wilson. View photos

Luncheons feature a presentation on a hot topic or "newsmaker" level that is of general interest to the business community. Luncheons are held at various locations throughout Pleasanton. The cost is traditionally $30 to attend for Chamber members and $35 for non- members. Check the Chamber calendar for the next upcoming luncheon.

Business Tradeshow & Mixer

The Tradeshow Mixer is held three times a year in the spring, summer and fall and replaces our monthly mixer. See Chamber calendar for event dates. Tradeshow Mixers provide an interactive trade fair focus on business in Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley area. Exhibitors include Pleasanton Chamber members that want to showcase their business and services.

State of the City Address Luncheon

Our State of the City Address Luncheon is held every year in March. We invite the elected Mayor of Pleasanton to give a 45-minute presentation of the State of Pleasanton. There is also ample time for Chamber members to ask questions of the Mayor. This is one our larger luncheons, and if you are a business owner in Pleasanton, one that you should not miss.

Staff Appreciation Luncheon

Our Staff Appreciation Luncheon is our largest luncheon of the year, held the 4th Tuesday in April. This luncheon is an annual celebration that was started to recognize Secretaries Day. Secretaries Day has evolved into Administrative Professionals Day and we use the term Staff Appreciation to involve all our members! This is an ideal forum to recognize and appreciate members of your staff. Invite them to attend with their supervisors and co-workers, and watch morale improve in your business.

Our golf outing takes place the first Friday in June at Callippe Preserve Golf Course. This event is open to everyone and a great opportunity to network. The all-inclusive day consists of lunch, drinks and refreshments on the course, and dinner. The evening concludes with a large raffle featuring great prize. Bring your co-workers and clients for a day of fun on the links! View photos from 2009 Golf Outing Thank you to the 2009 sponsors and contributors that helped make the tournament a success!
